Notification for Lilli Tauber's father Wilhelm Schischa's deportation to Poland

This is the notification from the emigration department of the Jewish Cultural Community from 30th October 1939 for my father Wilhelm Schischa's deportation.

It says: "The transport planned to depart for Poland on Tuesday, 31st October 1939, will only leave in the next few days. Please prepare as to be ready for IMMEDIATE departure as soon as you receive a new notification with the exact date of departure.

I don't know where this transport was originally supposed to go but my father and my mother, Johanna Schischa [nee Friedmann], were deported to Opole ghetto in Poland from Vienna on 26th February 1941 and died a year later in either Belzec or Sobibor concentration camp.
