Solon Molho skiing on Mount Olympus

This is Solon Molho, my husband, with his skis on. It is a very funny picture because he is not at all dressed in a skiing way but yet he has his skis on his feet! He and his friends were very organized. They used to take the bus early in the morning on Sunday and go high up to the mountain, spend the day skiing and having a good time. Of course they came back in the evening. Work was waiting for them the next day. It is a picture taken before the war, probably before 1940 when Solon went to the Greek army.
