This is a photo of a cousin of my mother, Yosif Razon, who is the son of Esterina Razon, nee Uziel, my mother's aunt.
The photo was taken in 1942 in Tryavna where he was mobilized to a work camp. After the establishment of the Jewish state he moved to Israel with his family.
When my mother was orphaned, she was looked after by one of her mother's sisters, Esterina Razon. She was married in Sofia and had three children. When my mother gave birth to us, Esterina came to Sliven to look after us.
