Mihail Mihaylov with villagers of Dabnitsa

This is a photo of my father Mihail Mihaylov. It was taken in 1940 when he was interned to the village of Dabnitsa near Nevrokop. I don?t know the other people, but I suppose that the man sitting on the right is the chief policeman of the village and the one on the left is the imam of the village. My father made friends very easily. He was a very open man and nice company. He was a very eloquent storyteller. Although he had no education, he was a learned man and very sociable.
