This is the wedding photograph of my uncle Shimon Gershon and his second wife Sarina. Uncle Shimon was born in the 1890s in Plovdiv. His first wife had died early and I don't remember her. He was in the trade business. He went to Israel with the whole family in 1948. He has four children - Zhak, Vitali, Rudi and Rebeca.

Centropa Collection acquired by USHMM

The Centropa archive has been acquired by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC.
