Karl Smolka
Das ist Karl Smolka, der Bruder meines Großvaters Albert Smolka in seinem Büro in Prag. Karl Smolka war der jüngste Bruder meines Großvaters, und alle Geschwister hatten ihn sehr gern. Er überlebte in Prag den Holocaust, blieb nach dem Krieg mit seiner Frau in Prag und wurde Angestellter der israelitischen Kultusgemeinde. Er führte in den letzten Jahren seines Lebens das Matrikelamt der israelitischen Kultusgemeinde in Prag. Im Jahre 1959 erkrankte er an Leukämie und starb im Januar 1960.
