This is a great picture; I love it.

From left to right, there are my sister-in-law’s husband, Yehuda Ickelheimer (we called him Ickel), my sister-in-law – and best friend – Lotte.

And then there’s me and Moshe. Our children Daniel and Ruben were of the same age and they liked each other a lot.

We spent so much time together, and we became great friends.

We were not only related, but we were friends, too. Isn’t that wonderful?
