Izidor Gluck

Izidor Gluck

This photo was taken in Budapest in 1891. This is Izidor Gluck at the age of 19. He was my maternal grandmother's brother. Izidor immigrated to America at the beginning of the 1890s. He became an electrician, he got married in America and had three sons. He visited his home with his wife and sons sometime around 1910. The visit was a big event in the Gluck family and, of course, in the Torok family as well. Izidor proved with this that he did well in America, because he could afford such an expensive voyage.
