This is a photo of uncle Albert Ilel and his family, taken in Israel in 1937.
Albert was my mother's brother and he went to Israel in 1931. He married Ester there - she was Israeli and she has never been to Bulgaria. Ester is seated on the far left; next to her is Albert and their son; their two daughters are at the back of the photo. I don?t remember the names of his children. I suppose the woman next to Albert is his wife's mother. Uncle Albert went to Israel even before the state was founded. He became a policeman later.
