Pavle Sosberger’s mother Paula and father Josip

These are my parents at their wedding. The wedding took place in Budapest in 1919.

My parents knew each other, since they were relatives. After my father had left the military he visited his relatives, the Feith family.  Here he associated with Feith's daughters. Here somehow Paula and Joka fell in love. My mother told her parents that she had wanted to marry Joka.

Since it was wartime, my father's family was unable to attend the wedding; it was a religious and a civil wedding. For some time they lived in Budapest, where my father ran a café bar that was the property of Grandfather Gabor.
