Jolanka Polackova

This is my aunt Jolanka Polackova, nee Bondyova, wearing a costume for a ball. Jews and non-Jews attended the balls together. This photo was taken in Holic in 1935. Aunt Jolanka was my mother’s sister. She was married and had a son called Janko. She perished in Auschwitz in 1942.
