This is my aunt Taube Edelstein, my father's sister. She was a close and dear person for me. This photo is from my aunt's Latvian passport. It was taken in Ludza in 1938.
My father's younger sister Taube was very pretty and kind, but she never got married for some reason. She lived with our family her whole life. Taube also worked in my grandfather's store. Aunt Taube moved in with us after my grandfather’s funeral.
