Hier bin ich mit meinem Schulkollegen Emil Jirka in meinem Maturajahr 1929 in Zemun zu sehen.

Ich wurde als Karl Brandeis 1912 in Calma/Serbien geboren.

Nach der Übersiedlung nach Zemun habe ich ein Jahr die jüdische Volksschule besucht und dann das Gymnasium.

Ich habe dann - ab der 5. Klasse - in die Handelsakademie gewechselt.
