The photo was taken in Banja Luka in 1934. From left to right are: me, in the middle my sister Flora, next to her Judita and my brother Moric on the bicycle. In Drvar my parents succeeded to open a successful mixed goods store. The store brought in solid earnings, so that my sister and I were able without a problem to go to school in Banja Luka and to live with our uncle Jakob and aunt Rena. My parents regularly helped my aunt and uncle with money. In addition to them our uncle Salamon Levi also lived in Banja Luka. He had a big hairdresser shop. My sister and I frequently visited him and he told us about our grandmother and grandfather Flora and Haim Levi who we did not remember.
