Group photo of girls from the Jewish public school in Prievidza

This photo shows girls from the Jewish public school in Prievidza at Dreveny [Wooden] Ring. The photo was taken around 1932 by Dezider Braun or Adolf Kramer. In the middle is Grot, the teacher. In the photo are both girls that never returned from the Nazi concentration camps during World War II, but also girls that survived the war. Standing fifth from the left is the daughter of Kuhr, the forest warden; she wasn't Jewish. Sitting third from the right is also a daughter of forest warden Kuhr. The rest are Jewish girls from the school, most likely Grade Five.
