Edit Kovacs' cousin Zoltan Varga
Zoltan Varga is the son of Gyula Varga and Gizella Habermann, who is the daughter of Lori Habermann, the sister of my father's grandmother. The reason why I have a picture of Zoltan is that my father was raised by his grandparents and thus regarded Zoltan as a close relative. I know little of Zoltan's life, but I do know that he died in forced labor in Kophaza.

The Centropa Collection at USHMM

The Centropa archive has been acquired by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC. USHMM will soon offer a Special Collections page for Centropa.
