Bronislava Chepur’s mother Chepur Buzia
My mother Chepur Buzia before the war. Photo made in Dimitrovka village in 1938. By the late 1920s my mother finished her trade school and then studied and finished the Institute of Social Sciences. She got a diploma as German and Mathematics teacher in [secondary] school. In the 1930s she worked in a Kiev secondary school . She was Komsomol leader of the school - there were three such in Kiev. She conducted komsomol meeting, published school newspaper, organized a celebration of communist holidays in the school, in general have charge of communist upbringing of the pupils. They reported directly to the Komsomol district committee. She worked at the school until 1940.
