In 1967-1968 I worked at the Metallist factory as a technical supervisor. In autumn our workshop committee decided to put my photo on the board of honor for diligent work. The photo was taken directly at the factory. It happened right before I retired. But also later, already being a pensioner, I remained at work at the Metallist factory. It was both pleasant and useful, because I went on being in touch with my co-workers and receiving my salary and my pension.
