This is a card that my grandfather sent to my father in Budapest. As I see from the stamp it was sent in 1911. I don?t quite understand why it's written in this funny mixed language. As far as I heard they spoke Hungarian at home.
(Editor's Note: The language of the card is a mixture of Hungarian and probably Jüdisch-Deutsch. There are a few lines in Hungarian at the bottom from Gabor's aunt Jolan, a deaf and mute, who lived at home with her parents. )
