This is Nissim Deccalo, my husband Nissim Leon Uziel's brother-in-law. The photo was taken somewhere in Bulgaria in the 1940s.
Tinka Deccalo, nee Uziel and Nissim Deccalo married in 1941. Tinka was my husband's sister, born in 1921. Before the war she was a dressmaker. She didn't work after the war. Nissim worked as a salesman. He died in Haifa, Israel, in 1991. Tinka died there in 1992, six months after her husband's death.
