Birth Certificate of Roman Barskiy's father Isail Barskiy
The birth certificate of my father Israel Barskiy, born in Lubny. My father Israil Barskiy was born in Lubny, Poltava province, in 1907. I have an excerpt from the birth registry. This excerpt states that the circumcision was done on the 8th day after his birth, according to the rules. This document was also signed by Rabbi Warshavskiy. My father never told me about his family and I don?t know anything about my grandfather. My grandfather Perets Barskiy died in 1933, before I was born.
