When I was seven years old I learned Yiddish. Unfortunately, after half a year of my studies my teacher died. But I always knew that I was a Jew. Up to the end of my life I will remember that I am a Jew. I had a lot of Russian and Ukrainian friends, but I knew that I would marry only a Jewish girl.
