In Israel my brother was very badly off at the beginning. He stayed at a hotel for a while, as it’s customary for the newly arrived. After that mother remained there, but he had to leave to work. He worked for some people, who took advantage of him. After a while his bosses saw that he was a smart and serious boy, and that he could handle things and worked, and little by little they promoted him. He was very talented, and a few years later he became the chief accountant of one of the factories. Because this concern, Isra Beton, – it is a very big construction company, the third biggest in Israel – has very many factories. And it went well, but because of the war and the actual situation there aren’t many constructions. But he is 65 years old and has 3 years until retirement.
