She met her future husband there. An architect, 16 years older, divorced, who had two children, a son and a daughter. During that time he bought a house in a village near Metz, an old, ruined, maybe two-hundred-year-old country house, which he slowly renovated. My daughter saw his garden, overgrown with nettles as tall as a person and started working on the garden because it was her passion. And she stayed there. They got married, and she gave birth to a daughter, Julia.
