My parents subscribed to a Jewish magazine in Polish, 'Nasz Przeglad' [17], and in 1937 or 1938 there was some brawl at the Lwow Polytechnic [18], a Jewish student got killed. I remember his photo on the magazine cover, and an account of the events.
