Mamma was a very beautiful woman, and my father was just struck by her beauty. When he took her to his father to introduce her, my grandfather told him that she was too beautiful for my father. They loved each other very much and were devoted to one another.
My mother died in 1967. Despite ill health, she was a very vigorous and strong person. She was a very kind woman and could deal with hardships.
