In this picture you can see an October rally in the streets of Mukachevo. The picture may have been taken in the 1960's. Every year there were rallies held. Attendance was compulsory for everyone. During the celebration everything in the town was decorated. Everyone tried their best, each factory. Various institutions even competed amongst each other in who had the best decorations.
