My parents, Dina Itskovich and Yakov Lidskiy, on vacation in Sochi. in in 1950.
At home we never celebrated any holidays except New Year and Victory Day. My parents even forgot their birthdays, as they were at work all day long. Sometimes it was so funny. February 11 was the anniversary of their beginning their life together. One time, they left for work in the morning and Yura and I put flowers everywhere in the flat. They came back home and were surprised ? why so many flowers? And then it occurred to them that it was quite an occasion.
