This is the son of my husband's aunt Mary Okuneva. His name was Grisha. The photo was taken in Kaunas in 1939.
Grisha was born in 1923. He was a talented violinist and lived in Kaunas, Lithuania. When the Germans occupied the town he and his brother escaped to avoid the ghetto and perished on their way under unknown circumstances.
