Etlia Zelmanovna Olshanitskaya

This is my aunt Etlia Zelmanovna Olshanitskaya, nee Slobodskaya, my father's sister. The photo was taken in Alma-Ata in 1942. Aunt Etlia was born in 1914. She was an accountant before the war. My aunt was in evacutation in Alma-Ata during World War II and survived. She had a good life. Her husband was very lucky - he was in captivity, in the encirclement, but he was rescued and he survived. Later they emigrated to America, where she still lives.
