Sharope blanko (White jam)

- 1 kg. of sugar
- 6 glasses of water
- 2 rolls of clotted cream 
- 1/2 tea spoonful of lemon

Boil the water and sugar until it becomes hard. Then remove it from the heat and place the pot in another pot full of cold water and let it cool. When it has cooled off, add the rolls of clotted cream and mix them with a wooden spoon until the mix takes on a pure white colour. P.S. Instead of cream you can add vanilla or grated orange peel.
