Ingredients:
- 1 kg. fish
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stem
- 1 potato
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 bunches of fresh scallions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 a glass of lemon juice.
- 4-5 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
Boil the fish together with the carrot, celery, potato, onion, some salt and oil. Then remove the spines and chop the fish and vegetables. Put some tomato, green pepper, parsley, scallions, lemon juice and serve. Nice!
