Kucharas de kalavasa (Squash stuffed with cheese)

- 2 kg. of squash
- 1 glass of milk
- 100 gr. of white cheese
- 150 gr. of sheep cheese
- 1 egg
- 100 gr. of margarine
- 1 tablespoon of flour
-  A sprinkle of dill

First, peel the squash and cut them into two, lengthwise. Then put drop them in boiling water and let them boil for one or two minutes. Next. carve out the insides and place them on an oven tray. Meanwhile melt the margarine in a pan, mix it with the flour and add the milk. When the mixture starts to become solid, remove it from the fire. Mix the cheese and dill into this sauce and finally add a beaten egg. Fill the squash with the sauce and pop them in the oven. Delicious!
