- 1 kg. of squash
- 6 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of rice
- 1 glass of beef or chicken bouillon
- 1 glass of water
- A pinch of salt
Peel the outer cover of the squash in long strips, cut the squash lengthwise into two parts, hollow out the inside, and cut the contents into 2 cm sized cubes. Next, drop them in a saucepan. While you let them sizzle, boil the sugar and mix it with the oil in a separate cup. then pour the sauce over the squash-cubes. Now add the water, beef or chicken bouillon, rice and salt and cook it all on a low flame.
