Ingredients:
- 1 kg. of celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 lemon worth of juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- a pinch of salt
Instructions:
The celery and carrots are peeled and washed. Then they are cut in circles. The lemon juice, sugar, sunflower oil and salt are thrown in a pan and cooked on a low flame. Serve cold, and ENJOY!
