Albondigas de prasa (Leek balls with potatoes or bread)

- 1,5 Kg. of leek
- 250 gr. of minced meat
- 2 pieces of wet bread or 1 big boiled potato
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper

Peel the leeks, wash them well, chop and boil them. After they are boiled squeeze them well and let it go through a processor. Then add the bread or potato, minced meat, egg, salt and pepper and knead them. Make balls of the mixture and after rolling them in flour and egg fry them in hot oil.
