Centropa Hungary - Town Hall Meeting 2014

On the 23rd of May we held our annual Town Hall meeting in Budapest at the Holocaust Memorial Center. We awarded the best student video projects, the student tour guides of our traveling exhibition, other creative student projects, and the best lesson plans submitted by our teachers. We congratulate all Centropa teachers and their students for their extraordinary work they have done throughout the year. At the end of the program we also held a special Café Centropa program where the awarded students and their teachers could spend some time with the elderly Hungarian Jews we interviewed between 2000 and 2010. We thank the US Embassy for its support, as well as the Claims Conference.
