Supa de puli (Soup with meat and vegetables)

- 1/2 kg. of sliced meat
- 2,5 liters of water
- 4 potatoes
- 2 big carrots
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 celery, some celery leaves
- 2 teaspoons of tomato paste
- 1/2 a teacup of rice
- 4-5 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt


Cook the meat for about 1,5 hours in salty water. Meanwhile peel the vegetables, wash them and cut them into tiny pieces. Add the vegetables, oil, tomato paste, rice, parsley, celery leaves and onion to the cooked meat. Cook for one hour, remove the parsley, celery leaves and onion.
