Trying to keep ladino (judeo-espanol) language of the Sephardic Jews of our Community alive and to engage our students more into our tradition, this year we decided to narrate to you a Sephardic tale! We hope that this special language of our grandparents will find ways to be preserved more in our daily life reminding to us and to all of you our past.

I'm Tetiana Tkachenko, a student of 10-A grade, Educational Complex 141 "ORT". There is a small town in Vinnytsia region of Ukraine, that called Bershad. Almost for 200 years my ancestors have lived in this city. My film is about the history of my family that is connected with this town.
