Jana Turanska

Jana Turanska holds an MA in History and Jewish studies from Palacký University in Olomouc, Czechia. She has experience with various academic institutions including the Central European University, Paideia - the European Institute for Jewish Studies in Stockholm and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She also works with international projects concerned with the preservation of Jewish archival heritage in the Jewish Museum in Prague, as well as formal and informal youth education in Slovakia and Czechia. Currently she is working with Centropa while pursuing her PhD in Jewish history, with a focus on modern central European Jewish history.
