This is a photo from the second primay grade in the Jewish school in the Jewish neighborhood Iuchbunar in Sofia. The photo was taken in 1932. It shows the teacher Mr Ashrieli, next to him is the teacher Mrs Syurjon, who taught us Bulgarian. Next to her is the teacher David Pilosof who taught us maths. Above on the left is one of the school attendants.
This photo was taken when we graduated the fourth primary grade of the Jewish school in the Jewish neighborhood Iuchbunar, or present day fourth grade, in 1935 in Sofia.
Three teachers took part in the commission. On the row below in the middle is Mrs Franka Danon. To her left is the chairman of the exam commission and to her right is the headmaster. Above on the right is Mr Ashraeli, who taught us Ivrit. Next to him is another member of the commission. I am behind Mrs Danon - the sixth on the right on the second row. The fourth from left in the last row is my friend Isak Ninyo.
This is a photo of my maternal aunt Victoria Eshkenazi with her husband Gershon Eshkenazi. It was taken in 1935 in Sofia. My aunt was a housewife and her husband worked in Enamel Factory. They were interned and later they moved to Israel.
This is a photo from my wedding. My wife Lora-Sofia and I are in the middle. Beside us are our sponsors Albert, first on the left, and Rashel Beraha, first on the right. The photo was taken on 17th August 1952 on Odrin Str in Sofia. Albert Beraha worked for a long time as supplier in Sofia and for the Interior Ministry.
