In this photograph from 1978 are my children: at left is my daughter Alexandra, and beside her is my son Ladislav. What’s interesting is that Alexandra is wearing a sweater with English writing on it, which was extremely rare in those days. The totalitarian regime didn’t approve of anything that was “American”. I had bought the sweater in Vienna.
