Isac Tinichigiu with his two nieces Leah Weintraub and Zava Unger

Paul, my son, took this picture in front of the Sacred Church of The Birth of Virgin Mary in Nazareth, Israel, in 1996. I had the chance to take my son to Israel to meet my sister Sabina Weintraub, nee Tinichigiu, and her family. In this picture you can see Leah Weintraub, my sister's second daughter, the red-haired lady; next to her are Zava Unger, nee Weintraub, her sister, and Israel Unger, Zava's husband. I am on the right. My sister Sabina was born in Iasi in 1931; after she got married to a man called Natan Weintraub in Barlad, she emigrated. Sabina worked here, in Romania, in a textile plant, but she was a housewife in Israel. Natan was a waiter here, and there he was a sailor. Zava and Leah were both born in Israel. Zava has two daughters, who are in their twenties: Ifat and Ionit. Leah has a son, but I don?t remember his name.
